How much cheese do you add to the mixing bowl out of the 1 cup of parmesan? 1/2 cup? Please specify. I would love to make this for tomorrow’s dinner. Thanks.

3/4 cup of parmesan to the mixing bowl. You’ll find you won’t use all of it up though when breading the chicken. So I like to sprinkle the remaining on the chicken breasts before baking and then sprinkling some extra parmesan at the end. Hope this helps, enjoy!
