Hey @EntergyMS a guy just stopped by with an Entergy Solutions badge asking to change light bulbs - apparently there’s a service that I’ve already paid for. Is this legit? He’s not in a Entergy truck, no Entergy uniform, and said he couldn’t just leave the bulbs with me.

As I sit here and watch my check dwindle away to bills I think again how lucky we are to have Entergy refund the $1.50 service fee. Their selfless contribution to help fight high energy costs.🙄

I think people think that management medicine of something fixes something... it manages itBasically like having Entergy and choosing to pay high in summer months and low in winter months instead of level billingIt's still gonna hit the same, it's just gonna be leveled out

@jallen1985 They won’t but the legislature won’t pass a law making them share the tax revenue with other counties that uses the lake like they did Claiborne County making them share tax revenue from Grand Gulf with counties that received their power from Entergy.

@BrandonPresley Don't give in to Entergy and Mississippi Power in regards to the new renewable energy credit rule! All of the lip service they have given over the Grand Gulf Nuclear scandal and the paltry $80 one-time credit to customers is BS!

so @entergy is telling me i have to pay them a whole new deposit for no reason when i’ve never received my original deposit back? also let’s not forget they’re asking for this when i’ve been living in my current residence for 2 years now? straight up out of pocket & unnecessary

I love how Entergy keeps trying to get me to go to paperless billing but doesn't offer a $5/mo bill credit for it.Like... bro I know you're paying postage, not to mention the actual cost of the materials. And by you, I mean me, because I'm paying for service and it's rolled in.
